Vibration Dryer-AJCD-2000

Vibration dryers are mainly used after seed coating and seed pelleting to prevent the seeds from sticking together during filling the bags and packaging. Due to the gentle passage of the grains in this machine, there is no danger to the grain coating layer. In this device, the seed drying chambers are moved back and forth using the crank system, which leads to the rotation of the seeds. As the seeds move, the airflow dries the seeds with the temperature and adjustable speed that moves from bottom to top. Due to the rolling of the grains on the surface of the drying chamber, all the seed surface are exposed to the wind flow evenly, which gives uniformity to the product.
